Simple, elegant and unique in ivory, this three-piece bedspread set is 100% hand-woven in cotton with a centuries-old indigenous ancestral technique that has been handed down from generation to generation in San Jacinto with certified Geographical Indication. This bedspread adds an ethnic but sophisticated touch to any room.

The artisans weave it in a vertical loom that usually is located in the backyard of the house; and they knit during the day, alternating the fabric with their own housework. Sometimes, different craftsmen take turns to weave in the loom, making the bedspreads in a communitarian way. The finishes are in macramé, which is a form of fabric based on knots made by hand. Once finished, the bedspread is subjected to a manual prewash to avoid further changes in its dimensions. Finally, with a homemade sewing machine, the labels of the product are affixed to the reverse side: one from Latinlán, with which we certify that with your purchase you support our help to the community and another that certifies the Colombian Geographical Indication, Tejeduria San Jacinto. They are made on request and according to the size you choose. It takes about a month to deliver them, based upon demand.
